Internal Review & Status Automation

Use this panel after triage to move SCAF requests through the workflow, assign owners, and trigger update emails.

Matches the admin key configured in Apps Script.

Check the SCAF in the tracker to see which module/webapp this request is for, then select or type the appropriate release tag (e.g., hub-v1.0.1-20251113 for Volunteer Hub).

Great for closing the loop after each status transition.
